We are a fully licensed Real Estate School within Illinois, that offers quality, student-centered on-ground (live in person or live webinar), home-study, or online (computer-based reading) real estate classes for real estate brokers, managing brokers, post license and continuing education (CE) throughout the state of Illinois and nationwide online.

Dave McGowan has developed a wide variety of skill sets as a real estate practitioner. Currently he is a designated managing broker for a large commercial real estate company. He has over 40 years of experience managing and supervising real estate organizations as well as over 49 years of sales and operational training experience. He is passionate about sales and real estate such that he trains others to make a living out of it.
